Import/Export Documentation Clerk (Fixed-Term Contract)
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in import/export operations? Join our team as an Import/Export Documentation Clerk on a fixed-term contract for 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing Bills of Lading and customs documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and shipping regulations.
- Coordinating weekly shipping schedules and maintaining documentation accuracy.
- Delivering excellent customer service by answering queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth import/export processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an import/export or administrative role.
- Strong common sense and problem-solving abilities.
- Friendly demeanor and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Monday – Friday 9-5.30 pm
Salary £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
Fixed-term contract for 18 months.
