Inbound Customer Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with queries, problems or general issues
  • Process customer payments and update account information
  • Utilize data entry skills to accurately input customer information into the system
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
