Income Reconciliation Administrator – Wealth Management 

Wilmslow, Cheshire
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 + Benefits & Hybrid working 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Income Reconciliation Administrator to join a fast-growing IFA group with offices nationwide.

Working from the Wilmslow head office, you’ll support the finance team with income reconciliation, revenue assurance, and financial controls across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily reconciliation of fees and commissions
  • Ensuring accurate recording of income and timely payment to advisers
  • Recording payments received into the company bank accounts
  • Allocating fees and commissions against invoices using Intelliflo Office
  • Investigating discrepancies and resolving income-related queries
  • Reviewing aged debt and chasing outstanding income
  • Supporting month-end processes and management reporting
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and compliant audit trails

To Be Successful

  • Experience with income reconciliation
  • Previous experience within an IFA or financial services business
  • Experience using Intelliflo Office or similar back-office systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using Excel and working with financial data
