Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 + Benefits & Hybrid working
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Income Reconciliation Administrator to join a fast-growing IFA group with offices nationwide.
Working from the Wilmslow head office, you’ll support the finance team with income reconciliation, revenue assurance, and financial controls across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily reconciliation of fees and commissions
- Ensuring accurate recording of income and timely payment to advisers
- Recording payments received into the company bank accounts
- Allocating fees and commissions against invoices using Intelliflo Office
- Investigating discrepancies and resolving income-related queries
- Reviewing aged debt and chasing outstanding income
- Supporting month-end processes and management reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records and compliant audit trails
To Be Successful
- Experience with income reconciliation
- Previous experience within an IFA or financial services business
- Experience using Intelliflo Office or similar back-office systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Excel and working with financial data
