Based in Chester, Cheshire (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus
An exciting ground-floor opportunity is available for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a brand-new advice firm, backed by one of the UK’s leading providers of Financial Education
This is a unique opportunity to combine traditional financial planning with a purpose-driven mission to improve financial literacy across the UK.
You’ll play a vital role in delivering advice to individuals who engage directly through financial education events.
About the Role:
You’ll benefit from a steady pipeline of engaged client leads generated from over 150 events held annually across the UK’s public and private sectors. This role suits a financial planner who is looking to make the next step in their career and join a forward thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, pre-arranged financial education webinars and seminars to staff at major UK employers.
- Hold online advice meetings with prospective clients following attendance at educational events.
- Conduct in-depth financial reviews and develop personalised plans covering pensions, investments, protection, and retirement.
- Provide ongoing, high-quality financial advice and build trusted long-term relationships.
- Stay informed on market trends, legislative updates, and public sector pension developments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in financial advice and a track record of generating new business.
- Level 4 qualified (e.g. Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of public sector pension schemes is desirable but not essential.
- Self-motivated, professional, and aligned with values around education and ethical advice.
