Talent Acquisition Partner  £30,000 - £35,000 + £100 per internal placement 

This is a Hybrid role, working from home and the office - flexibility is offered to the right candidate.

Our growing business needs an experienced and outcomes-focused Talent Acquisition Partner who can search, network and successfully recruit for candidates to join their expanding business.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your role as Talent Manager will be to attract and recruit the talent for their offices based in Knutsford. With an excellent basic salary and monthly commission for each placement, you will be joining a successful and growing business that can offer future progression. 

The role:

• Work with the Hiring Managers to understand resourcing needs
• Facilitate the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief to onboarding
• Build networks of qualified candidates
• Work alongside external agency partners for contract roles
• Advertise roles using relevant channels, media campaigns, and recruitment events where appropriate
• Use media platforms to promote the business with candidates
• Undertake CV screening and telephone introductions to assess suitable candidates for further review
• Linkedin recruiting, contacting potential candidates - Linkedin Recruiter Training will be offered and paid for

We need an experienced recruiter with a successful track record in the recruitment process.

• Experience in internal or external recruitment (internal or agency)
• Use of multiple channels to recruit highly talented people, (e.g. online media, agency and executive search partners, universities, recruitment fairs)
• An engaging and inspiring communications style and relationship management approach
