Salary up to £26,000 + Bonus

A well-established insurance business is seeking an Insurance Advisor to join its growing team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with insurance or financial services experience who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will support customers with a range of insurance queries, policy adjustments, and claims administration while ensuring FCA and company standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer service across phone, email, post, and face-to-face enquiries
• Support customers with insurance policy queries, amendments, renewals, and claims administration
• Process mid-term adjustments accurately and efficiently
• Manage workloads effectively to meet service level agreements and team targets
• Build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge through ongoing learning and development
• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with FCA regulations and company procedures
• Assist with additional administrative duties when required

Requirements

• Previous experience within insurance, financial services, or a customer service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and approachable manner
