The company is a leading organisation who specialise in finding talent and they need you to help them with the initial early stages of the onboarding stages.
This is a permanent full-time role, working within a small team, responsibilities including:
- Supporting the end to end recruitment process to offer stage
- 1st point of contact for all recruitment queries and questions relating to the recruitment development plan
- Working closely with the Talent Manager to match quality graduates
- Arranging interviews, dealing with CV’s, holding conference calls
- Building relationships with potential candidates about the business culture and organisation
- Creating candidate shortlists
- Matching quality candidates based on their skill set and experiences
- Conducting telephone interviews with graduates
- Creating talent attraction campaigns
- Keeping the Talent Manager up to date with regular weekly pipeline
We are looking for candidates who ideally have some exposure to recruitment, whether it being an agency, internal or HR administration. As the position is internal it does involve any sales calls, you would be responsible for the recruitment process, helping to guide candidates throughout and providing a consultancy support.
You must be enthusiastic, confident in building relationships, use to working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with candidates.
