New opportunity to join a busy sales team where you will process orders, build relationships with existing customers and prospect to find new customers.  Duties to include:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring their longevity and profitability.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Handle incoming queries, provide excellent customer service, and support the delivery of customer reports.
  • Oversee the administration of orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, quality, and procurement to ensure customer delivery dates are met.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous business-to-business sales and/or customer service experience within the Seal Industry would be a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with SAGE is an advantage.
  • Strong sales skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Independent, well-organised, and experienced in administrative tasks.

This is a permanent, full time office based role.

Salary up to £30,000 plus opportunity to earn annual bonus.
