Working for a well-established organisation based in the Wilmslow area, our client is now looking for an Internal Sales person to manage existing & develop new ones, helping to increase growth and add value overall. With over 50 years of experience, my client specialises within chemical ingredients to different industries within the UK and overseas.

This exciting role offers fantastic opportunities to progress and develop, a generous basic salary with a yearly bonus, working hours of 9-5 Monday-Friday with a 4pm finish on a Friday.

The ideal candidate will have experience and success in sales and account management and be looking for an exciting and new challenge. Excellent communication skills are required with a personable and confident telephone manner. Plenty of initiative is needed with a pragmatic approach. The ideal person will enjoy working in a busy and friendly environment being part of a successful and thriving team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing accounts maintaining regular contact with existing clients
  • Account management of existing clients, investigating other areas of potential sales
  • Opening and developing new trading accounts by proactively seeking out new market and product sales opportunities
  • Business Development of prospective leads
  • Chasing quotations, order processing, reporting
  • Chasing Sales/monitoring sales analysis
  • Working together with logistics and quality team
