Role Summary:

Liverpool based Financial Services organisation are seeking an experienced and proactive Investment Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations and development of the Investment administration team in Liverpool. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring operational excellence, delivering outstanding client service, and driving continuous improvement across investment administration processes.

As the first point of escalation, you will be responsible for coaching team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and promoting a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a high-performing operations team
• Oversee investment admin processes (including ISAs & discretionary portfolios)
• Act as escalation point for complex queries and complaints
• Ensure quality control, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
• Lead team training and performance reviews

What You’ll Need:

• Strong people management experience in an investment operations role
• Knowledge of AML, GDPR, and back-office investment processes
• Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & Adviser Office
• CISI Investment Operations Certificate (or equivalent) – essential
