Investment Administration Specialist

We’re recruiting for an experienced Investment Administration Specialist to join a growing financial services team in Liverpool.

The role will involve supporting investment administration, carrying out quality checks, resolving complex queries and supporting the training and development of team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality checking investment administration and new business
• Resolving complex queries and liaising with providers
• Supporting training, coaching and mentoring
• Assisting with procedures, UAT and regulatory reporting
• Identifying and escalating operational risks

About You:

• Experience in an investment administration environment
• Strong query resolution and quality control skills
• Confident supporting and coaching colleagues
• Good MS Office and Adviser Office knowledge
• CISI Investment Operations Certificate or equivalent
