IT Manager - up to £45k
The IT Manager/Technical Support role is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. This hands-on role provides technical support to all employees and users, ensuring the efficient operation of IT resources.
The role is a dynamic and varied position that will involve technical support to all employees and end users.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Oversee the procurement and deployment of IT equipment.
- Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and implementations.
- Ensure that all IT projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with network administration.
- Familiarity with virtualisation technologies.
- Experience with cloud services.
