The job
- Respond to 1st line IT Service Desk support requests
- Take incoming phone calls and check emails in a methodical and focused approach to solve queries
- Resolving end user support requests quickly, completely and professionally
- Trouble shoot hardware and software issues
- Use and continue to grow IT knowledge to support across a range of platforms
- Assist with project work and upgrades when required
What skills will you need?
- Experience in IT desk or field support services
- Self-sufficient in IT support
- Current network troubleshooting skills
