Opportunity to join a leading player in the automotive industry.

Working as part of the IT team you will provide IT support to the business;  managing incidents on the helpdesk through to resolution. Maintaining IT support workload, escalating issues, supporting the team with IT issues, managing internal systems and working with suppliers and ensuring IT problems are resolved.

The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience in providing IT support within a busy IT department. You will need excellent customer service skills and have the ability to learn and expand your knowledge on supported IT systems. 

You will need working knowledge of; MS Windows, VMware, Windows Server OS and Cloud-Based Systems.  Knowledge of Linux, macOS, cISCO, ms sql, PHP, Javascript would be an advantage.

You will also need a drivers licence.

Salary between £24,000 to £28,000 DOE

Hours Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
