Italian Account Manager (Customer Service & Account Management)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Italian Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while managing and developing relationships with existing clients.

As the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking accounts, you will ensure clients receive outstanding support and service through both written and verbal communication. You will also play an important role in market research, event coordination, and administrative support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and organisation of meetings, events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
• Support administrative activities, including reporting, scheduling, database management, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently, resolving issues in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience

• Fluent Italian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and professional approach.
• Highly organised with excellent administrative and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable conducting market research and compiling findings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
