Junior Semi-Senior Accounts

Salary: £24,000 per annum

A well-established accounting practice based in Warrington is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Junior Semi-Senior Accounts individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of year-end accounts for limited companies, adhering to both FRS102a and FRS105 standards.
• Completion of corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
•  Preparation of sole trader, partnership and LLP accounts
• Preparation of personal and partnership tax returns, accurately documenting all relevant information.
• Assisting senior accountants with various accounting tasks as required.
• VAT return preparation and ad hoc bookkeeping
• Supporting clients with day-to-day accounting queries and providing professional advice when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Xero, Sage, Accounting and Taxation software
• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or working towards qualification).
• Previous experience within an accounting practice would be advantageous.
