Account Manager £24,500k + with an OTE £32k uncapped bonus

Working for an innovative and growing business located within the Wilmslow area, this client is looking to add to their Account Management Team. The purpose of the role will be to work closely with the Business Development Managers and to look after a portfolio of clients.

The role is office based working Monday-Friday and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take a step up in their career, exceptional monthly bonus on offer plus fantastic opportunities to progress and develop.

Ideal candidates will have come from a B2B background, previous experience account managing clients, and exposure to growing new accounts and upselling.

You will be money motivated, keen to earn monthly bonus and wanting to develop their sales skills within an innovative business.

Responsibilities:

  • To work in partnership with the Business Development Managers in engaging with new and existing clients.
  • To be the 1st point of contact for clients when the BDM is out on the field.
  • To make outbound calls to clients to book meetings for the BDM and to chase for referrals.
  • Proactively developing relationships with clients, researching new contacts via LinkedIn
  • Focus on growing and developing existing accounts.
  • Ensuring the CRM database is up to date with client information and future prospective calls.
  • Building relationships with consultants to encourage contractor referrals via phone, emails, social media, and occasional face to face meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven Account Management experience working within B2B environment.
  • Previous B2B outbound calling experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Drive and determination to achieve targets and earn bonus.
  • Personable and confident in personality, ability to pick things up quickly and competently.

Salary: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
