Legal Administrator

Working for a professional and friendly Legal organisation based in Wilmslow, my client is looking to recruit a full-time permanent Legal Administrator. The role offers excellent progression for the right candidate and a stunning place to work! The company are looking for candidates who have experience ideally within a Legal field who have dealt with administrative tasks, working on CRM systems recording and retrieving information. You will be responsible for taking ownership of legal cases.

This is a brand new position within the organisation, you will be supporting legal experts in their field as well as assisting the Director of the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • To assist with the full lifecycle of a legal case, working alongside the Senior Legal Administrators.
  • Manage all administration duties via the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and SharePoint database systems
  • Setting up new accounts and cases on the system and updating progress information 
  • Attending meetings with clients to find out progress and updates 
  • Investigating medical files and preparing documents for conferences 

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a legal environment within an administrative role
  • Experience of using a CRM system, Microsoft Office or Case Management Systems 
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently to a high standard using initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team
