A logistics/supply chain administration position with a range of duties giving you a varied and interesting role that is focused on getting the order from start to finish with the client.  Working for a company that is on a journey of growth and innovation so it's an exciting time to join the business.  As this company supplies large and bulk orders to the business and manufacturing industry they need candidates with a background in supply chain/logistics or sales administration to ensure that containers coming in are recorded properly and that all production administration is handled with excellent attention to detail.


  • Allocation of the containers and all incoming orders
  • Recording of returned containers for the purposes of monitoring stock levels
  • A weekly report of stock and production plans
  • All incoming orders should be recorded onto the sales system
  • Liaising with Transport, Overnight and tanker logistics companies to organise any specific logistical requirements
  • Ensure that delivery schedules are adhered to and the customer receives the order on time
  • Deal with any customer service issues relating to delivery problems


We are looking for candidates with a background in logistics, Supply Chain or Production Administration.
