Logistics Export Co-ordinator

up to £35,000 + yearly bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Export Co-ordinator to join a positive, friendly and rewarding company in the Wilmslow area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics processes, contributing to the efficient movement of goods and materials. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, as well as proficiency in various systems and tools used in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, ensuring the timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and fulfil orders.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless transportation.
• Utilise Transportation Management Systems for tracking shipments and managing routes in and out of the EU.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related documentation.
• Assist in category management to ensure proper stock levels and product availability.
• Support the implementation of business processes that enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

• Previous logistics and export experience is required
• Familiarity with business processes related to logistics and supply chain management.
• Experience of working with export logistics certification
• Language skills would be seen as a massive advantage
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
