An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of our clients, this prestigious company are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their team on customer accounts.

You will be responsible for daily communication between clients, ensuring queries have been resolved quickly and maintaining the fantastic service which the company already provides!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming calls from clients
  • Responding to client emails quickly and efficiently
  • Updating client information and uploading documents
  • Helping on any additional duties which may occur
  • Supporting the team with administration: Reports, filing, scanning

The successful candidate will have:

  • Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Great team player but can also work on their own initiative
  • A flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work

Hours and days of work: Monday - Friday (09:00-17:00)

This role is initially a temporary opportunity however may develop into a permanent role with the business.
