Marketing Manager - up to 40k + Bonus
This reputable and dynamic business located in the Ellesmere Port area are now recruiting for a Marketing Manager to be based in the office 5 days a week. The company specilaise within the construction industry, they have been in operation for nearly 20 years. The role will cover 2 brands under the company name. The ideal candidate will cover marketing for both brands whilst managing 1 direct report.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for both businesses
- Measure and regularly present and report activity and summarise statistics against goals over monthly, quarterly and annual periods as required
- Manage a central resource function, and oversee projects requested through this channel such as client proposals or bespoke marketing collateral.
- Work closely with the sales teams to create and project manage relevant campaigns from idea creation right through to inception
- Produce valuable and engaging content for websites, blogs and case studies that are attractive to the target audience
- Audit the websites and content in line with SEO
- Manage CRM systems such as HubSpot, creating and maintaining email workflows, automated campaigns, and client communication journeys
- Use social media scheduling tools such as Buffer to plan, organise, and manage content calendars effectively
- Production of sales and marketing collateral including: brochures, flyers, email templates
- Lead the marketing team with social media, website design, exhibitions and other visual materials.
- Making recommendations and putting forward new ideas for any design-related marketing
Skills required:
- Preferably a degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Experience with management of a marketing team is essential
- Experience of website management including a range of content management systems such as WordPress
- Knowledge and experience with Google Ads and Search Engine Optimisation
- Knowledge of web analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Ability to write and create engaging content
- Able to utilise AI for the benefit of day-to-day tasks and throughout the business
- Ability to work and produce material independently and as part of a team
- Experience of managing a small team, including conducting regular one to one’s, appraisals and development plans.
- Be able to communicate and collaborate, accurately, and convincingly at all levels.
- Ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts.
- Quality assurance. Ensuring design and marketing material is accurate and proofread.
