Large Estate Agency have offices all across Merseyside is looking to recruit a Mortgage Administration Team Leader.
You will be based in their Liverpool City Centre office and oversee a team of 4 Mortgage Administrators and supporting 10 + Mortgage Advisors.
Your role will be to oversee a team of Mortgage Administrators and also undertake Mortgage administration as well.
This Mortgage Administration Team Leader role will involve:
- Assisting the Mortgage Advisors with all new mortgage enquiries and applications
- Assessing client documents
- Submitting mortgage applications
- Supervise a team of Mortgage Administrators
- Implement processes
- Data entry and file management for new and existing clients
- Manage application and reduce the processing time
- Communicating with clients on outstanding items
- Build a relationship with lenders, life insurance & insurance firms and make the process run as smoothly as possible for clients
We're really interested to speak to candidates who have mortgage experience and worked within either a Mortgage Broker, Estate Agency, Independent Financial Advisors or bank/building society.
