Location: Lymm - Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000, DOE

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and manage new mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and adheres to regulatory standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, brokers, lenders, and developers, providing regular updates and requesting additional information as needed.
  • Thoroughly review and verify all documents related to mortgage applications, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all mortgage applications, tracking their progress and ensuring timely processing.
  • Ensure all mortgage processing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the mortgage application process.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports on mortgage applications to the Mortgage Administration Manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in mortgage administration, including document management and regulatory compliance, is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

The role is primarily home-based (4 days a week), with one day in the office, however, the initial training will be conducted in-office, requiring 100% office presence for the first few weeks.
