Salary: £31,000 Basic + Commission

Mortgage Brokers based in Carlisle is looking to recruit an additional Mortgage Advisor who is offering hybrid working.

The Mortgage Broking firm is offering an employed salary £31,000 plus an achievable bonus package. 

You will be provided with a constant stream of new business and leads for this Mortgage Advisor role. This is due to the excellent reputation this financial services firm has built.

What’s great about this Mortgage Advisor opportunity is you will be provided with full administration support from the office based Mortgage Administrators.

Mortgage Advisor role will involve:

• Provide Mortgage advice.
• Handle pipeline of new business.
• Guide the client through the mortgage process from start to finish.
• Product Transfers.
• Adhere to full compliance processes.

I’d really like to hear from you if you’re a current CEMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor. Ideally have experience with residential mortgages and new build mortgages.
