Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking to join a supportive, growing business where your earning potential is rewarded? Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to help clients find the right mortgage and protection solutions while building long-term relationships.

The Role

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
• Manage the mortgage process from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents and solicitors.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
• Generate opportunities through referrals and existing leads.

About You

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and lender criteria.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
