This Mortgage Advisor role will be based in their Financial Planning department. The legal firm has a strong pipeline of business and due to growth are looking for an additional Employed Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team.
A brief on the role:
- Manage clients Mortgage requirements.
- Specialise in fact finding & recommending for client’s mortgage needs.
- Work with Mortgage leads provided.
- Build a portfolio of clients.
- Work alongside the Solicitors with client referrals.
Candidate requirements:
- Cemap Qualified.
- Ideally worked with Whole of Market Mortgages.
- If not whole of the market would also be interested to hear from candidates from banking and tied/restricted mortgage networks.
