Mortgage Support Administrator
Really pleased to be working with a South Manchester based Financial Services organisation that are looking to recruit a Mortgage Support Administrator to join their established mortgage team.
This mortgage job opportunity is paying a salary of £20,000 - £27,000 plus the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week and flexible working hours.
This role has arisen due to an internal promotion within the mortgage team.
You will be supporting the current team of Mortgage Advisors with technical administration. This includes managing the mortgage process from the beginning of the mortgage application to the completion of the mortgage.
This mortgage role will involve:
- Assisting the Mortgage Advisors with all new mortgage enquiries and applications
- Assessing client documents
- Submitting mortgage applications
- Data entry and file management for new and existing clients
- Manage application and reduce the processing time
- Communicating with clients on outstanding items
- Build a relationship with lenders, life insurance & insurance firms and make the process run as smooth as possible for clients
- Liaising with all 3rd parties i.e Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders and clients
We're really interested to speak to candidates who have mortgage experience and worked within either a Mortgage Broker, Estate Agency, Independent Financial Advisors or bank/building society.
*It is essential that you must have Mortgage experience.
