National Transport organisation with a strong reputation in the industry are looking to recruit a Motor Claims Handler to join their Liverpool office.
Responsibilities:
As a Motor Insurance Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish. Your main duties will include:
- Receiving and reviewing Motor Insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conducting investigations to determine the validity of claims and assess coverage.
- Liaising with policyholders, brokers, and other relevant third parties to gather additional information or documentation as needed.
- Updating internal systems and databases with claim status and progress.
- Providing clear and timely communication to clients throughout the claims process.
- Assisting in the resolution of complex and high-value claims.
- Adhering to industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures.
- Must have been a Motor Claims Handler currently or previously.
