About the Role

We’re recruiting for a Motor Claims Handler to join an insurance organisation.

You’ll manage motor claims from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Take FNOL claims via telephone
• Record and assess motor incidents
• Liaise with insurers, engineers, and repair networks
• Manage repair process and liability progression
• Process payments within authority limits
• Maintain accurate claims records and customer service

About You

• Must have Motor Claims experience or other insurance policy claims
• Strong communication skills
• Organised and customer-focused
