Are you an experienced Motor Insurance Account Handler looking for your next opportunity?

A growing insurance business in Liverpool is looking to strengthen its commercial team with an experienced insurance professional who has a strong background in Motor, Fleet or Multi-Vehicle insurance.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an established portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their insurance requirements are handled efficiently from day-to-day servicing through to renewals.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of motor, fleet and multi-vehicle clients
• Handle day-to-day client queries and policy administration
• Process mid-term adjustments, renewals and policy changes
• Liaise with clients, insurers and underwriters
• Obtain and process quotations where required
• Maintain accurate client and policy records
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurers
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products
• Provide a high level of service throughout the client journey

About You

We’re looking for someone with solid motor insurance experience who understands the needs of clients and is confident dealing with insurers and underwriters.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 2+ years’ insurance experience
• Strong Motor Insurance experience – this is essential
• Commercial Motor, Fleet or Multi-Vehicle experience would be particularly beneficial
• Personal Lines Motor experience will also be considered if you have strong technical motor knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• A proactive, client-focused approach
