We are seeking a results-driven National Business Development Executive to join an expanding national business. This is a home and field-based position where you will be responsible for the full life cycle of sales, from identifying new business leads to closing deals with clients and subsequent growth through service and recommendations. You will be a tenacious individual with a passion for developing new opportunities within the construction, building supplies, housing developments, or waste products industry.

 

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Input and lead bid proposals

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.

 

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, with experience in B2B sales preferred.

Knowledge of the construction, building supplies, housing developments, or waste products industry is highly desirable.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Driven, tenacious, and results-oriented.
