Working in the Wilmslow area this full-time permanent role offers a fantastic working environment with fantastic career progression. The main purpose of the role is to offer admin support to the sales support team. Ideal candidates will have previous office support experience, be confident and motivated with excellent IT skills.


  • Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone queries.
  • Daily invoicing to be completed
  • Dealing with  new keeper details for V5 documents.
  • Registration of warranty products for customers.
  • Support all team members with daily tasks.
  • Monitoring and replying to emails.
  • Work to ensure clients’ accreditation is met.

In addition, the administrator will be expected to develop a good knowledge of the driver sales programme and develop use of electronic remarketing systems and our clients’ core systems. Full Training will be provided.

Skills and Interests

  • Dealing with customers queries/issues over the telephone.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good MS Office skills especially MS Word and MS excel.
  • The ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as working within a team.
  • Possess accurate keyboard skills.
  • Organised and methodical.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Able to present work in a timely manner and to a high standard.
  • Able to represent the company professionally and responsibly.
