Working for a successful organisation located in Knutsford, this international client is actively recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team. This role comes with exceptional career progression for anyone who is looking to develop and progress within their business office support career. The role which is working 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and involves learning and assisting with different departments, providing holiday and lunchtime cover for Reception, assisting with the administration for projects, and working alongside the Office Manager to shadow day-to-day admin duties.
The ideal candidate will be looking for a busy office administration role, and will ideally have SOME office experience including telephone reception work, general admin work, photocopying, filing, and good IT computer knowledge. You will be presentable, professional, and confident with a positive attitude.
- Cover reception duties during holidays, and lunch times, answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking messages, signing visitors in and out of the car park, dealing with emails
- Assisting with different departments, learning their processes, and supporting with administrative tasks
- Working on internal CRM systems, entering data and information
- Supporting the Office Manager with all administration duties (recruitment, events, meetings, and conference set up's)
The position is very varied and will be a role where every day is different. You must be proactive and happy to muck in with a range of different responsibilities. You will work as part of a positive team helping and assisting other Managers and team members. The role requires someone who is hardworking, happy to learn on the job, intelligent, and confident.
