- Marketing Support: Collaborate with our team to develop advertising and marketing strategies to attract new construction projects.
- Administrative Excellence: Efficiently manage office tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Financial Management: Produce invoices, track payments from suppliers, and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure project success.
- Client Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in office administration.
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing techniques.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage invoices and payments.
