This exciting full-time position offers the prospect of development and future career opportunities within the company. We are looking for motivated, confident, and driven candidates who have office administration experience teamed with some payroll/numeracy exposure.

The role is working within a small Payroll Administration team, your main objective will be to process the payroll administration, deal with issues and questions, and processing the weekly payroll on time.

Some experience in payroll is essential as well as good numeracy skills, good experience using Excel, and a positive attitude!


  • Invoice and reconciliation administration
  • Ensure invoices are processed in line with deadlines
  • Reconciliation of all payments made
  • Assist with the production of weekly and monthly payrolls each day
  • Maintaining all payroll information

Person Specification:

  • Office experience
  • Some payroll experience
  • Excellent with Excel
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Can pick things up quickly
