This fantastic administration role is perfect for anyone who is looking for an opportunity to join a well respected and trusted company based in the Wilmslow area.

You will be responsible for the administration of new registrations, identifying missing information, and building relationships with new customers  You will be confident using Microsoft Excel and have worked on spreadsheets previously. Confidence when using Excel is a must, so you must be able to show a working knowledge in previous roles.

Duties include:

  • Dealing with incoming emails and responding within a timely manner
  • Proofreading registration documents, identifying any missing information
  • Uploading data onto Excel spreadsheets, importing information, and running reports on Excel.
  • Speaking with new customers, sending out welcome information via email and post
  • Inputting information onto CRM system / databases

You need to be......

  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other IT databases and systems
  • Have good attention to detail and fantastic customer service skills
  • Polite, professional, and confident
  • Hardworking and motivated
  • Reliable and committed

Experience wise, my client wants candidates who are keen to hit the ground running, able to work independently, and use to working in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Excel is paramount, as well as having an administration/customer service background.

Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm / 9am - 5:30pm, fantastic benefits and opportunities available, modern and attractive working office environment.
