Operations Export Customer Coordinator 

If you have freight forwarding experience and enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment then please read on!

The ideal candidate for this job will have previous experience in the freight forwarding industry, ocean export freight is a distinct advantage!

You will be joining a really great team that works hard and enjoys providing excellent service to clients.

Duties include:

Taking bookings from customers 

Processing bookings with shipping lines

Checking confirmation 

Dealing with late runners 

Dealing with day to day haulage problems

This is a very fast-paced environment and first point contact with customers, so very good communication skills required with excellent customer service “can do” attitude required.

You need to have fantastic customer service and administration skills and be IT literate. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Salary up to £28,000 DOE

Monday – Friday. 9am-5.30pm – 1 hour for lunch

20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
