Operations Administrator – Liverpool
Looking for an Operations Liaison Administrator to join a lovely, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders and customers. Handling complaints and compliance as well as providing back-office support.
Job Duties:
- Delivering a proactive, excellent service to all stakeholders – understanding their needs, keeping them involved, and ensuring they are always updated.
- Handling administration and case processing for all customer groups via email, phone, and letter.
- Handling complaints and compliance
- Meeting productivity and quality targets agreed with your Team Manager.
- Maintaining strong quality control, following processes and systems accurately to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Operating in a positive, professional manner in line with role competencies.
- Supporting positive outcomes for pension scheme members in a customer-focused environment.
- Managing onboarding and annual reviews for financial advisers, investment providers, and discretionary fund managers in line with policy and regulations.
- Processing financial adviser invoices and change requests efficiently and accurately within SLAs.
- Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers appropriately.
- Escalating expressions of dissatisfaction and handling complaints from acknowledgement to closure within regulatory timeframes.
Ideal Candidates:
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or customer service role (financial services experience an advantage).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach to your work.
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
