Well established Wealth Management practice based in Liverpool, renowned for providing tailored financial advice and outstanding client service. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business operations and administration team and reporting to the Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all operational processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the firm's goals.
- Manage and support a small team of administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, implement best practices, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and industry standards, managing audits and compliance documentation.
- Manage and optimise CRM systems and other technology platforms to support operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with advisers to ensure seamless client onboarding, reporting, and communication processes.
- Managing the HR and recruitment for the Wealth Management practice.
About You:
The Wealth Management firm is looking for a dynamic leader with a strong background in operations, ideally within the financial services or wealth management sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in an operations or management role, preferably in financial services.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in business management, finance, or a related field (CII or CISI certifications are a plus).
