As part of continuous growth this Manchester based Financial Planning firm is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Paraplanner to join their team.

Job Description:

As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisors in delivering comprehensive financial plans and advice to our clients. You will collaborate closely with our advisors, utilising your technical expertise and attention to detail to prepare accurate and compliant financial reports, conduct research, and perform various administrative tasks. Your contributions will ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and support throughout their financial journey.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial planning recommendations and strategies based on client needs and objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis on investment products, tax planning, pensions, and other relevant areas to support the financial planning process.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including cash flow analysis, risk assessments, and investment performance summaries.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop and maintain client relationships, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all client communications and documentation.
• Assist in managing the administrative aspects of client accounts, including processing transactions, updating records, and preparing client reviews.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance your professional knowledge and contribute to the team's continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paraplanner in the financial services industry.
• Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification (e.g., CISI, CII, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions, taxation, and financial planning strategies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse complex financial data.
• Proficient in using financial planning software and other relevant tools (e.g., cash flow modeling, risk assessment software).
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures (e.g., FCA regulations).
