The team is dedicated to delivering high quality, client-focused solutions and building lasting relationships. The Financial Services firm are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Paraplanner to join the team.
As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting the Financial Advisors by preparing and analysing financial plans, conducting research, and providing technical expertise. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial planning principles, and a passion for delivering high quality support in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Financial Advisors to prepare and maintain client financial plans.
- Conduct detailed research on investment options, pension plans, and other financial products.
- Prepare suitability reports and recommendations based on clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company standards.
- Assist with the review and update of client information and financial documents.
- Support client meetings by preparing necessary documentation and conducting follow-ups as needed.
- Stay informed about changes in financial markets, products, and regulations.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Financial Planning or nearly completed the diploma.
- Proven experience in a Paraplanner role, ideally within a financial advisory firm.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, pensions, and protection products.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, compliant financial reports.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
