This firm is known for its close-knit, supportive culture and a Director who takes real pride in developing and celebrating the success of the team. With continued growth, they are now looking to welcome an additional Paraplanner to their thriving operation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a key role in supporting the firm’s Financial Advisers, where your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely alongside IFAs to provide proactive technical support
• Conducting technical research and being the go-to point for queries
• Preparing high-quality suitability reports
• Managing and monitoring client reviews
• Ensuring compliance procedures are completed accurately
• Assisting with projects and contributing to the smooth running of the practice

About You:

We’d love to speak with you if you have:

• Paraplanning experience or are ready to step up into a Paraplanner role
• Level 4 Diploma qualification (or you’re currently studying towards it)
• Solid technical knowledge of investments and pensions
• A proactive mindset and genuine pride in producing high-quality work

Competitive salary £30,000–£35,000
