Part Time Administrator - Up to 30 hours over 3 or 4 days
This part time role is working for a company situated within the Alderley Park area, situated within amazing surroundings the role will be a 3 or 4 day role 9am-5:30pm. We are looking for candidates who have an administration background who are looking for a long standing permanent position.
Duties:
- Quality checking of all bookings
- Checking of itineraries
- Maintaining accurate destination, and hotel details
- Collating and sending the daily post
- Responding to brochure requests
- Booking transfers/airline chauffeurs and reconfirming details to hotels
Essential Skills required include:
- Proven experience of working within an administration role and confidence with a computer
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with proven accuracy in previous role(s)
- Organised with good time management and ability to prioritise
- Ability to think analytically and with initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable working in a close-knit team
- You must be able to attend the office due to the postal duties of the role
