Part-Time Customer Service Administrator - 3 days per week in Wilmslow

Do you have customer service/administration experience and are looking for a new challenging opportunity that can offer progression and career development? My client who is located in Wilmslow is now adding to their Customer Team. They are looking for confident, motivated, and enthusiastic candidates who enjoy providing a 1st class service and working in a small but busy and friendly team.

This organisation offers a fantastic place of work with brand new office facilities, a modern break-out room, with the opportunity to apply for internal positions. The role offers a stable place of work working part-time on a 3 day week (ideally Monday, Thursday, and Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver an excellent service over the telephone and email, dealing with customers on a daily basis building relationships
  • Work with customers to help them with their customer journey, guiding and advising them on the next steps
  • Confirm eligibility to work and make sure all documents and proof of identities have been received
  • Ensure all exit interviews are compiled and reported to the Customer Service Director
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customers expectations have been managed
  • Updating the customer database with details and information
  • Send customers emails confirming any important information discussed
  • Make sure all customers are happy with the service, asking for feedback and following up on any future actions
  • Managing all administration functions, emails, paperwork, identity documents

Ideal Candidate:

  • Competent motivated used to working in a busy environment
  • Experience in dealing with customer service issues and resolving them quickly and effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage your time efficiently
  • You must be able to demonstrate examples of good customer service and give examples of situations you have been in when dealing with difficult customers and complaints.
  • Outgoing, friendly with a good sense of humour!
