Part Time Invoice Administrator
up to 30 hours per week
We are seeking an organised Administrator to join a finance team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across departments. The role requires someone who has come from an office administration background - not necessarily looking for any experience just someone who can show good ability, strong communication skills with a good eye for detail.
Hours and days are flexible, looking at 25-30 hours per week. To start ASAP!
Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate data entry for various administrative processes.
- Oversee accounts payable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Input invoices onto the system, manage payments and receipts
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong IT skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
