Payment Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payments Administrator! This is 4-week contract starting immediately for the successful candidate.
£12.00 per hour, Monday - Friday 9-5
As a Policy Holder Payment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will involve handling payments, processing transfers, and maintaining meticulous records.
You will be required to:
- Process transfers in and out of customer accounts.
- Facilitate the processing of payment details, including setting up recurring or one-off payments.
- Record receipts and payments accurately on the system.
- Manage changes to collection dates, frequencies, and amounts on the database.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Finance department.
- Assist in payment reconciliation.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as and when required.
To be successful for this role, you need:
- A great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in providing payment processing services.
Ideally, candidates will have previous experience in finance, policy administration, or a related field. Familiarity with schemes, account administration, and financial transactions is advantageous.
