Payroll Administrator / Payroll Assistant
Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join a team. The successful candidate will have experience processing weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees and be confident working with Excel spreadsheets and clocking-in systems.
Duties:
- Processing weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Downloading and managing hours from clocking-in machines
- Checking timesheets and resolving discrepancies
- Managing holiday pay, sick pay, and employee records
- Maintaining payroll spreadsheets and reports using Excel
- Ensuring all payroll information is accurate and confidential
- Providing support to employees with payroll queries
Ideal Candidate:
- Have previous payroll experience
- Be confident using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be organised and able to work to deadlines
- Be trustworthy and dependable
- Be willing to go above and beyond to help both staff and management
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

Monday – Friday – Will consider 9am-3pm
Salary £28,000-£30,000
