Payroll Officer

Immediate start for a Temporary position which could lead to permanency.

Looking for an experienced Payroll officer based in Oldham. Working closely with the Group Accountant you will support a variety of duties including:

  • Processing payroll info onto system for hourly paid staff paid monthly
  • Checking and calculating hours from submitted timesheets
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Chasing missing timesheet information
  • Must be able to use Excel for calculations
  • Dealing with recharges across companies
  • Maintain accurate payroll systems and employee records

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent Excel skills

Office based (Monday- Friday 08:00-16:00)

£15.50 p/h
