We are currently seeking a skilled Payroll Operator to join our finance team and contribute to the success of our business.
As a Payroll Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing our payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of our employees. You will be responsible for a range of payroll activities and collaborate with the finance team to maintain the integrity of our payroll systems.
Process and verify payroll data for employees.
Calculate wages, benefits, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate records of employee information and payroll transactions.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Generate reports and assist in financial analysis.
Previous experience in payroll administration is preferred.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
